Ωm-N1 Multi-axis Servo Drive Introduction:

Ωm-N1 series servo drive is a multi-axis product launched by Sigriner,STEP, including rectifier unit (AC200V), three-axis integrated and four-axis integrated drive unit (DC300V). The rectifier unit and drive unit can be flexibly configured. The system uses EtherCAT bus communication, supports industry mainstream controllers, and has good compatibility. Ωm-N1 products are divided into series without shell and series with shell, corresponding to different application scenarios.


Ω Servo Drive Features and advantages:

Compatible with multiple encoders:
Before the motor leaves the factory, write the motor and encoder information into the encoder EEPROM, and the drive automatically reads the data to achieve rapid matching between the drive and the motor.

Friction compensation function:
In a servo drive system, mechanical friction causes the steady-state error of the system to become larger. When the servo drive turns on the friction compensation function, it can well restrain the fluctuation of the position deviation and ensure the stability of the device.

Motor cogging torque compensation function: 
The cogging torque of the servo motor will aggravate load torque fluctuations. The servo drive obtains the fluctuation data through the load torque observer, and self-adaptive compensation improves the control accuracy of the torque level speed. Using this function in machining can effectively reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece.

Self-tuning function:
The servo drive achieves optimal adjustment through command filter, feedback gain adjuster, feedforward gain adjuster, speed observer, etc., and can automatically adapt to changes in load inertia.

Suppress mechanical resonance:
Mechanical resonance will affect the control performance and accuracy of the system, and severely cause damage to the mechanical transmission. The servo drive observes the vibration point of the system through an observer and uses notch filter technology to achieve mechanical resonance suppression.
Suppress end jitter:
In applications such as long rod flexible load and liquid handling, the end of the actuator is prone to jitter when the actuator moves from moving to the positioning stop. The servo drive uses the reverse superposition path planning algorithm, which can effectively achieve the jitter suppression at the end of the motion.
